I know this is a ridiculously long shot but i remember seeing a video which was possibly shot with a fish eye lens, slow to mid tempo not rap but kind of white boy hip hop with rollerblading in the video. I'm fairly sure the artist never appears in the video and I'm fairly certain California is the dominant theme but it's been a while. Any help would be welcome because it's actually driving me crazy not being able to remember this song/video!
