The main 'attributes' we are looking for are the following;

1. Keys/Synth competent - with own gear.
2. Strong vocals to harmonise real pretty. - must have own vocal chords.
3. A similar line in 'influences'; The Beach Boys, The Unicorns, Animal Collective, Pavement, Television, The Shangri-La's, Dexy's Midnight Runners, Flaming Lips....

Multi-instrumentalist would be a bonus.
Songs, gigs, tours, management all in place & more in the pipeline.
