it was played in rough trade the other day and it stuck in my head but all i know about it is it's quite broadcast-y, maybe metric-y (circa Police & The Pirate/Poster Of A Girl) and has the line "you keep me under your spell" (maybe 'a spell') repeated in the end section.

any idea?
