As with recommendations and mixes. Are you good at selecting music for other people? If someone's taste isn't too similar to mine, I'm a bit useless at picking stuff for them. I can still come up with the occasional spot-on recommendation, but not loads thereof, and when it comes to putting together songs for one cohesive creation, I can't do half as good a job as I could if I were relying purely on my own leanings for guidance. How do you fare in making mixtapes for others' enjoyment, especially when you're not too familiar with them? What are your tricks?
