For me it has got to be Camera Obscura.'My Maulin Career' their latest album is a thing of beauty from start to finish.Their sound his timeless and fresh and I never tire of the lush vocal.They have a pop sensibility but carry the Glasgow identity of a tick to Country And Western.
Yes it's twee, yes it's like B&S ,but I absolutely adore their sound.
Why they are not that big outside Glasgow amazes me.I dont
think such a small tour on the back of such a great album has maximized raising their profile.
Which artist/band in your opinion deserves a bigger audience.
