Music Social More…

A question about music presentation, appreciation and "the complete package"

Zapsta [Edit] [Delete] 03:13, 16 August '09

Basically, does "the complete package" bother you? By this I mean, do you care about the album cover, the CD art, the liner notes, etc, and do you feel the need to have all this before you can listen to an album?

Me? No. Music's music, innit. All I care about is what an album sounds like. If I had no idea what the album cover looked like, I wouldn't feel that my experience was limited in any way, let alone ruined. That's not to say I wouldn't rather have all the extra bumf if given the option, but it's entirely subsidiary.
