can anyone on here drive my band from south london to birmingham and back on saturday, or lend us a car for the day?

We're playing a festival called Off The Cuff - http://offthecuff09.co.uk/ .

However our transport has fallen through, and train, and even coach now will cost far more than our guarantee. The festival can't afford to pay us more than the £50 we originally agreed, and we literally cannot afford to make a loss on travel.

So our only option really is to find someone to drive us, or to borrow a car from someone.

If you drive us we can offer you free entry to the day we are playing (featuring Ghost Of A Thousand, Blakfish, Kong, Youves, Sam Isaac, and others), and can give you £50 to cover petrol and other costs.

We need to leave at 10:00am from Sutton (right at the bottom of London, near Wimbledon). Our stage time is 2:00pm, and the bands run until 9:00pm.

Alternatively if someone wants to lend us a reliable car for the day then that would be great - but we can't afford any payment as we'll have to get day insurance and buy petrol.

My band is 4 or 5 Magicians by the way - www.myspace.com/4or5magicians

GO ON!
