so i just seen them live for the first time - they were class. surely one of the coolest bands around at the moment. i'd heard they were a little less abrasive live, but not too sure about that - they were fairly ear-shredding. highlights - faces on fire, my head and no time, no hope all sounded terrific.

Lovvers played support and they were brilliant as well. great double-bill.

picked up the new TNV album from the merch stand, looking forward to giving it a few spins..i still think people who say they need to clean up their sound are just missing the point, but that's an argument for another day
