recently got into these guys, I'd never heard of them before but judging by how many plays this video's had they're probably the Japanese Foals and have just never got a licensing deal over here.

It's pretty Mars Volta but what with the three piece arrangement and boy/girl vocals it's got a hint of stuff like Johnny Foreigner and Los Camp.
