Dundee's indie pop (not, but should be) giants, The Hazey Janes, are playing 3 dates around Scotland in late December.

They list The Posies, Teenage Fanclub, Velvet Crush and Big Star as their influences and truely wear them on their sleaves for all to see. Some have compared them to the Magic Numbers, but that's down to pure idiocy, as they have boys and girls in a band and play guitar pop. Simple mistake, me thinks not.

You may have caught them supporting one of these many great bands; Snow Patrol, Elbow, Idlewild, Cast, Aberfeldy or Gorky's Zygotic Mynci.
