Hey, now Christmas is over and I've done all the buying presents and treats and all that I'm planning an getting a new Vinyl player in about a month. My old (shit) one dies ages ago (as in years) and now finally have decided to get a new one.

Its just going to used at home. I reckon my budget is about £170 at the max.

So has anyone got any advice?

One I've got my eye on at the moment is the Project Debut III which Richer Sounds are doing for £170 (hence the budget) and this has supposed to have great sound (and I love the minimal look). Though I'm also considering cheaper one that have more automatic controls and luxury etc, Richer sounds also have a Sony one for about £120 and I know you can get a Pioneer one for a similar price. Also Richer Sounds are doing the project Genie II for like £120 so maybe I should go for that over the Debut and save some cash? Anyone else got any suggestions or opinions on the ones I've just mentioned or any other suggestions?

In regards to second hand decks I know Technics are great and you can get second hand ones for a decent price but probably still out of my budget and not sure if I really need a Technics just for home use? I also know Numark tt500 are supposed to good again but not sure how much they go for second hand.
