captured tracks appreciation thread

Nestor [Edit] [Delete] 21:39, 27 December '09

so i'm aware that this is pretty much going to catch the attention of only a select few, and if not it'll just sink to the bottom with 0 replies, but GOD DAMN i cant believe i havent started this thread before. so prove me wrong guize?

pretty much the most exciting label in the world today? i only heard of them about a year ago (and dont think theyve been going much longer), but it's responsible for so many of my favourite releases in 2009. i'd say a good half of my top 20 releases this year were on that label. mike sniper is probably the person i'm most grateful for in music.

one of a few select labels i check out absolutely everything on, and every band i've heard has ranged from phenomenal to pretty strong.

my favourites: the bitters, blank dogs, mayfair set, spectrals, wild nothing, dum dum girls, christmas island, ganglians, gary war, grass widow, little girls, silk flowers, etc, etc.

if i had enough money i'd buy every single thing they release.

and the future looks REALLY exciting. proper 12"s from wild nothing and spectrals in 2010.

oh man.
