Okay, I've decided, this is definitely my album of last year. Solid gold from start to finish. And they're supporting the Menahan Street Band (I've no idea) at the Bloomsbury Ballroom on Friday. If I were to give a two word summary for the sake of those unfamiliar, I would give this one: deep soul.
