I DJ at a few different events per month and am very grateful to receive free CDs and MP3s (and occasioanl vinyl) from a variety of PR companies and sometimes the record companies themselves.

However I have never seen a list of these PR agents/record company marketing contacts. Why is this?

I'd be happy to publish a list of the companies who send me stuff but I get the feeling it's bad form to do so.

Admittedly I DJ'd at events for years before folk clued me in - it was like some sort of secret society!

I ask because I'd really like to get on the Parlophone list but don't have he first idea who to contact.

I'm happy to share contacts with folk.
