Scuba - Triangulation [Hotflush]
Scuba is dropping a new album at the end of the week and its looking like its going to be a beauty. His label Hotflush is a buy on sight label pretty much. Last year he brought you Hyph Mngo by Joy Orbison but it's always been a hot label since the begining of dubstep pretty much. Scuba's sound is ever evolving but usualy on a techno sort of tip, Triangulation seems to be a singular piece that ranges from housey goodness thru dubstep and into spaced out half step dnb. But all with the distinctive organic deep techno Scuba feel. I've not even heard it yet but I'm excited and my pre-order is in the bag. He also did a mix for his night at the legendery Berghain in Berlin Sub:Stance which is damn good and a perfect partner to the album. Scuba!
