The Lipstick Melodies have just recorded an MTV Promo, been in the studio recording their upcoming single and played some storming gigs.

Alan is also going to be playing keys for Mike's new album with Sony, which is being produced by Bez from the Happy Mondays. They are recording at the studio where Oasis recorded Definitely, Maybe.

Alan played in Cricklade last night with gypsy mandolinist David Sanger. Dave lives in a horse-drawn caravan and is a fucking talented musician.
