Where have all the big punk zines gone?

Alex-in-Ciderland [Edit] [Delete] 02:25, 8 April '10

When I was 16-24 I used to love the likes of Punk Planet, Heart Attack and the UK's own Fracture.

Stylish (always), well written (usually), jammed full of good bands and in the case of Fracture...absolutely free.

Sure, there's still Maximum RockNRoll, but I was never a massive fan of it. There's only so many 20 page scene reports about crust punk in Bucharest or power violence in Hobart that anyone can put up with.

So, are there any decent big zines left out there?
