Band names and copyright

TheSoundofBastards [Edit] [Delete] 21:07, 6 June '10

I just read a bit in our local 'paper' that a Nottingham band are being 'erased from the internets' by a jewellery company with the same name.
Apparently they've had their myspace and facebook groups deleted without warning- it sounds well dodgy to me, and pretty twatty. From what I understand the band have been around for longer than the jewellery firm as well.

Has anyone else had problems with band names and copyright infringement? Has anyone ever been to an Envy gig and been disappointed by the lack of 2 for £50 on denim?
