I have fallen out of love with music

ntwbf [Edit] [Delete] 01:45, 29 June '10

Please help.

You know that way when you listen to an album for the first time and you fall madly in love with it? So much so that you forget all other music exists and you live with it and listen to it constantly and it's amazing and intense? I feel like I haven't had that for ages and it makes me really sad. I used to get this every few months, but I don't think I've had it at all this year. It's not that I haven't liked much of the music that I've listened to, it's that I don't *love* it like I used to.

Albums that have made me feel like that over the last few years, upon first listen:

Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago
The National - Alligator and Boxer
The Twilight Sad - Fourteen Autumns...
Why? - Alopecia
Fionn Regan - The End of History

I'm pretty sure my current malaise is mostly due to overexposure but, please, someone recommend me an album I can instantly fall in love with.

:(
