Canaya are a Leeds based Metal band comprising of current and former members of; Dragged Into Sunlight, Tangeroa, Impostors, Hot Prophecy, Year of the Man, Edt.

We play metal in the vein of and are influenced by - Nostromo, Napalm Death, Mastodon, Burnt By the Sun and have drawn comparisons to Coalesce, Gaza and Acid Bath.
