I worry that my Spotify playlists have slipped into a routine of opening with slow brooding instrumental, then dropping in something slightly faster and instrumental, and then throwing in something with either incredible lyrics so that people focus on the words or that takes the BPM up a notch, so that things can get louder from track 4 onwards, before dropping out at the end and maybe finishing with something raucous (i.e. the October playlist I'm about to send over to Spotify for their blog http://open.spotify.com/user/seaninsound/playlist/2OWwCiKSSCwCH9uhRgCK48 )
