I dunno, I've been craving an electronic or ambient Tom Waits. Is there anything like that at all? Quite crooner, with more modern-day instrumentation? Maybe nothing like Tom, just a strong personality and writing style at the head of something a little avant-garde?

Assume I know almost no music and reccomend anything vaguely like this please.
