I got it in the end. I've had a view count freeze for A MONTH. They keep saying that it's the system. But it's this guy.

Read the end of this thread. He's the guy who can decide what a view count is going to be on a certain day.

You can also see why he's coming out. I've said above in the thread that it can't be technical, the freezes, because view counts don't freeze for the big names.
I got A LOT of views in the first few hours. They put a stop to that. They might be suffocating some clips from becoming popular, who knows, money can be made on others.
So then he came at me with that clip saying that "you can't pay to up your view counts anymore". As if I did!!! Trying to make ME look bad because I'm pointing out the truth prolly. Slander the witness!
