It's annoying when you have a little chord progression and you've got a melody for it but you realise that the melody doesn't actually fit snugly with the chords. You've got a D as you're moving from C to Am or something. So you spend ages working out a new progression that fits the melody properly but it's changed the structure of the song too much so you just put your guitar down and play Quake Live.
