Dunno about you but I always find my favourite love songs are the ones about the dark space between love and loss, the sort of songs where everything feels broken but with the warm hum of restoration. Songs like Tom Waits' 'I hope I don't fall in love with you' or Ryan Adams' 'This House Is Not For Sale'.
