so guys, up until recently I've been pretty closed off in terms of electronic/dance music, only having time for wonky brainfeeder-esque stuff and the occasional bit of dubstep. I was never really exposed to anything much else particularly, but after hitting my first rave in amsterdam a little while ago I honestly just need more of what it says in the thread title, (though maybe you can ignore the continental bit I dunno, that just comes from some probably ill-founded assumption that they do this shit better on the continent).

either way, if you anyone could help me with some recommendations, please do. after more hard-hitting stuff I think, but anything would be more than welcome
