I don't listen to a great deal of metal (and especially black metal) these days, but this sounds like it's gonna be an absolutely killer record. The guitar tones are absolutely amazing and I'm loving the more down-tempo sections where everything seems to unfurl; probably says more about my lack of genre knowledge (and my Isis fanboy-ism) than anything else, but it really reminds me of a black metal Oceanic.
