I'm really digging his new release Return Of 4Eva. I know there was some love for Wuz Here last year, which I admittedly haven't heard, but this 75m mixtape is doing it for me. A mix of Duuurty South bangers and slower, reflective numbers, underpinned throughout with a socially conscious, world-weary approach (he derides the use of the N-bomb, touches upon the death of close friends, dotes upon his slow ascendency etc). Seems to have his head screwed on, but varies the music enough to keep it interesting. The beats are also consistently great, and - I think - almost entirely self-produced.
