Music Social More…

bands that have taken ages to release an album that ends up flopping and basically killing their careers.

This particularly seems to have been prevalent within mid-tier indie recently. But i think the cut-off seems too be about 2-2 and a half years between. i can think of quite a few.

Pigeon detectives
we are scientists
klaxons
glasvegas (remains to be seen, but the album/single did shite comparitively)
elastica
does it offend you yeah
young knives
interpol (sort of with the last one, but not completely)

any others?
