I've been trawling around, entering search terms like Drone, Experimental, Psychedelic, Field Recording, Krautrock etc but so far it's a depressing wasteland of boilerplate "dark ambient", 4x4 electro, buzzing Tangerine Dream synths and drifty shit that sounds like an advert for bath salts.

Anything really excellent out there? I've come up through the TG/Whitehouse/Stapleton/Zoviet France school of weirdery but tastes run pretty broad outside of all that.
