Does anyone else think there's been a slow but definite shift in the output?

Just looked at the 6music playlist - Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Kaiser Chiefs...really?

Incidentally, all those songs are also on the Radio 1 playlist.

Pretty sure that someone at the top has panicked after they were nearly shut down and ordered a shift towards mainstream, indie-farts to appease the masses.

I thought the whole POINT of 6music was so that we DIDN'T have to listen to Coldcream every time we turned on a radio?
