Was just wondering if anyone here has listed their band at www.getmoregigs.co.uk ? I came across the site in a google search for band directories. It's quite pretty and has 300 acts listed on it but it charges £4.95 to sign up. The fact that its only a one off payment is quite attractive but I would like confirmation that it would get us any work before I take the plunge. There seems to be quite a few acts listed so if any of them are you I would appreciate any feedback on whether it's worth it or how many gigs you've had. Gigs have got a bit scarce this year and we're looking for any way to promote ourselves to a wider audience so if any one has any suggestions for good band directory websites, it would be greatly appreciated.
