2&3 i think it's the restriction of his chosen musical path that makes MM so appealing, guitar pedal layering taken to the nth degree. Whilst there's just *too* much going on with Emeralds, too many tones and textures
4 nobody needs more than one Wooden Shjips record
6 Bowie production is weak, though some of the effects are nice. Live disc on legacy edition is badass.. with the honky tonk piano they sound like the bar band in hell
7a A Peck and A Pawn is fantastic, techno with a subtle craft
11 scandinavian folkie with a fantastic voice, but with a very unusual ambience. Production duties by Deathprod
12b if i ever want to listen to just analogue loop nothingness, Tape Chants is my goto record
