where artists have recorded two versions of the same song - same lyrics but different melody
the only example I've ever encountered is Simon and Garfunkel - Wednesday Morning 3am has pretty much the same lyrics as Somewhere They Can't Find Me (from Sounds Of Silence).
Are there any other examples?
