Inspired by my growing obsession with Wander/Wonder by Balam Acab, can anyone give me some good examples of vocals used purely as an instrument without lyrics? Perhaps one famous example is Jonsi's Hopelandic in many Sigur Ros songs.

Also does anyone agree that wordless vocals feel purely human. By taking away the need for lyrics to be interpreted, it feels almost like base human contact, and there's something very appealing to me in that.
