and have the same number of songs on as the Pink Floyd album and name each song the same and put them in the same order, BUT, have each song be a complete original and PUBLISH that shit?

I'm just wondering how far copyright extends in this area of music. I mean, it's clear that having the same title as another song isn't a breach of copyright and probably there are a few albums out there with the same name too.
