Am having some really bad issues with tinnitus at the moment, I guess I should've listened to people saying not to listen to headphones so loud or stand so close to the PA at gigs.

I am being referred to some tinnitus counselling, which I have no idea how it'll help, but I'm willing to give anything a shot at the moment.

White noise is 'pretty' and all, but can anyone recommend any good white noise like records, albums/artists that create some soundscapes which are heavily white noise/relaxation based? Or indeed any tinnitus aid advice??
