I did these for a bit last year, it's a general discussion of the UK Top 40, but was ill last week for the first one of the New Year.

Very boring Top 40, culminating in Flo Rida's latest nonsense at Number 1. 2 new entries, Michael Kiwanuka and Taio Cruz. The former is perfectly acceptable, the latter strangely hushed on a lot of his singles. I fucking love 'Dynamite' because it tries to be a club banger but isn't and he knows it, but this one just comes off as a bit of a dud.

Gaga and Lana Del Ray providing the only interest really.
