Great electronic/dance albums?

Albert-Swearengen [Edit] [Delete] 12:07, 20 January '12

Beats and electronic shit has risen to the top in my ipod of late, squashing the twang of the guitar. I've plenty of great 'dance' 12"s and a good few albums but haven't really bought anything like that for a couple of years. The last one I did was Walls Coracle (I know, it's not a 'dance' album as such but you know what I mean) which I love. Carl Craigs 'Sessions' mix from a couple of years back has featured heavily this week, especially the second disc.
For me I need a dance/electronic album to hit emotionally as well as physically - ones like BoC, Aphex ambient, Walls, old Soma 12"s, Sabres, some of the DFA releases.......(I really don't want to sound a dick in this post, haha, I know what I like but it's putting into good descriptive words on a sarky forum that's the tricky part).
Loves - strings, emotion, the big techno handclap, fuzzy warmth, squidgey bleeps,......erm, where am I going with this.......sometimes there's great singles but never a fully great album. Recommend some great albums featuring some of the stuff I've shat out of my sleep deprived brain above ^^.
Yeah, thanks.
*on headphones now - DFA Comp, disc 3*
