As I sit in the car driving my toddlers here and there, I've been wondering what subjecting them to my DiS tastes will do for their future interest in music.

When I were a lad it was mostly my Mum's home taped Sunday night chart countdowns and the preference for Jean Michel Jarre on long journeys that influenced my own music tastes (varied with a strong preference for melodic electronica).

What did your folks do for you, and if you have children, what's the most far out stuff you've introduced them too?
