How often do you replace your albums?

waterwings [Edit] [Delete] 14:18, 27 February '12

I'm in the process of replacing all my badly scratched albums from Uni days of yesteryear where they stuck to coffee-stained desks and generally wallowed in filth/dust. Out of curiousity, is this something that people (i.e. you) generally do? How about when special editions come out? Case in point involved replacing my battered version of The Shape Of Punk To Come with the delicious new deluxe edition. Or do you religously hold on them regardless of condition so long as they play OK? Does it even matter?
