do you have a band/album that if a friend asks you for a recommendation always seems to hit the mark?

for me it's sun kil moon, have put about 4 or 5 of my mates on to them with a 100% success rate so far, specifically I let them hear "the light", "tonight the sky" and "glen tipton"
