Death Cab - Codes and Keys

yuggy [Edit] [Delete] 19:37, 17 June '12

So, I was in my local used CD shop after work the other day. I don't normally venture in because the people that run it are rather old and don't really have a clue about appropriate pricing/ anything other than The Beatles/The Rolling Stones and the vinyl is insanely expensive. Anyway, they had a 'promo CD's £1 each' box. Picked up the following out of it, only one was a promo. Kathleen Edwards - Voyageur (came out this year!?), Death Cab - Codes and Keys and The Czars - Ugly People Vs. Beautiful People.

The only one I hadn't heard already was Codes and Keys. The point of this thread is, what did people think of this album as I'm quite enjoying it. The track that just played 'Unobstructed Views' had some really nice sounds. I've always had a massive soft spot for Gibbards musings and yeah, his voice. I even loved Narrow Stairs back when that dropped.
