Before my first listen, I was expecting something less focused and imagined it would taker longer to reveal its charms. My first impression confirms this...though there are definitely some standout, goose pimply moments. For example, Wave is exactly the sort of song you want to hear on a loud(ish) album called Ocean Roar. Breathtaking.
