Should bands always say tank you?

Noblet [Edit] [Delete] 10:07, 18 October '12

Last night Grizzly Bear caused some commotion on twitter when they complained that the Newcastle crowd was too quiet

If a band doesnt like how an evening has gone do you appreciate them making a noise about it, or should they just say Thank You for the chance to play

This seems to particularly effect groups like Grizzly Bear who don't necessarily have banging tunes to dance to but well crafted, beautiful songs to ruminate on

'FYI: we like it when people cheer between songs , during songs, yell shit, whatever. Please don't be overly attentive for us. Thnx'
