In lieu of the massive and deserved praise of THE SEER, I thought it would to raise some other album that creak, groan and stumble toward similar states of brilliance...

An obvious one for me is Godspeed's F?A?? and Boris's Feedbacker, and two more recent ones for me would be Bardo Pond's Self Titled and Heavy Winged's Sunspotted...these albums vary from one another but all seem to delve into a form of damaged psychedelia.
