So after watching Eintracht Frankfurt be shit yesterday my friend and I headed to an old rock n roll bar most famous for putting on Elvis Presley shows back when he was in the Army for the first time. The DJ was spinning a 45 inch single of a song which sounded not unlike Billy Idol. The lyrics were 'Dreamin' a Dream... Forever' it was a pretty mellow beat, sparsely instrumented and at the end of the chorus a palm muted guitar built up to a crescendo before dying out.... and it was totally amazing. Like nothing I ever heard before.
Any ideas what the track was? I asked the DJ in pigeon German and he just grunted.
