tales from the berkshire underground music scene #2 - TODDLERS

thegoodmrbrodie [Edit] [Delete] 17:25, 21 November '12

having modestly entertained some of you with the chaotic sounds of workin man noise unit earlier in the year (exhibit a - http://drownedinsound.com/community/boards/music/4329456), i thought i'd chance my luck and point you in the direction another band from reading(this decade's mid 1970s cleveland, ohio according to julian cope.) that no-one gives a hoot about.

TODDLERS are a bass and drums duo. they've been active for a 3 or so years and have migrated from a kinda sloppy spazz rock to a kinda post-whatever sound that might appeal to fans of dianogah, early tortoise, or can. kinda.

they've got a tape coming out shortly and you can check that out here -> http://doubledotdash.bandcamp.com/album/slopes

and if you are in the neighbourhood, we're putting on a release party on 7th december. details are here -> http://www.doubledotdash.org/Event.asp?id=84

cheers for reading.
