obscure artists who will surely come to be recognised as all-time greats

I'm gonna have to go for Nina Nastasia. The last time I saw her in a bar in London she played a straight-up devastating version of Untitled and I just thought...what is she doing here? Perhaps I'm being naive, but how the fuck has she not crossed over?

I suppose you could say her voice is too intense for mainstream consumption, but Polly Harvey moves in a similar area and she sold out the Albert Hall in three and a half minutes or something. Is this really so challenging?

Anyway, who would you put on the list?
