the last thread about this thread got me to thinking about this. i'm not sure how much time you need to decide whether an album is a 10/10, and it seemed there was some disagreement on what a decade actually is. i'm going to avoid the big lads (Radiohead, The Beatles etc) here, and using 10/10 to mean albums in the upper 10ish% bracket, as close to perfection as can be:

think Motoro Faam and Paul Simon that come closest to being perfect.

really wanted to put Scott Walker, Nina Simone and REM there but couldn't pick an album and didnt want to use Greatest Hits, so i didn't.

i've probably forgotten loads.
